Hello everyone, I'm John, welcome to our recipe page. Today I’m going to show you how to prepare a special dish, an easy way to cook award-winning fried vegetables. One of my favorite cooking recipes. This time I’m going to make it a little special. It smells good and looks delicious.
When it comes to preparing healthy food for families, it is clear that there is a division. The good news is that there are recipes that have been cured, but the healthy nature of the recipes is somewhat obscured. Those who don't know this shouldn't be hurt (except for allergies, which will never go unnoticed).
Healthy cooking can be difficult because many of us don’t want to spend time planning and preparing meals that our families won’t eat. At the same time, we want our families to be healthy, so we love families (and unfortunately, we are forced to master new and improved methods of preparing balanced meals that we despise in some situations).

Ingredients and spices for frying vegetables:
- 1 beet + its leaves (I cut the beet into large pieces and left the leaves whole)
- 1 TB crushed garlic
- 1/4 chopped onion
- 1 TB hemp hearts
- 1 TB feta grated cheese
- 3 mushrooms, chopped
- 1 egg
- Selected slice of bread 1
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions for frying leftover vegetables
- Heat the olive oil and garlic over medium heat. Add mushrooms, beets, vegetables, onions, fry until soft (about 7 minutes).
- Fry the egg in the same pan. Toast.
- We put the egg on top of the bread, we pile up the vegetables. Sprinkle with hemp hearts and feta cheese. To taste salt and pepper.
- This photo was taken with tremendous light (and all the beets are red), but it’s really tasty and delicious.
In addition, as your experience and confidence grow, you will see that you can improvise more and more and adapt your recipes to your personal preferences. If you want more or less ingredients or a more or less spicy recipe, you can make easy adjustments along the way. Just start creating your own sandwiches soon.
