  6. 1/2 each: green, red and yellow pepper [seeded in julienne strips]
  7. 1/4 cup firm tomatoes [chopped]
  8. 1/2 cup red onion [liquid]
  9. 6 cloves LG fresh garlic [finely chopped]
  10. 1/4 cup fresh parsley [large bunch - chopped]
  11. 1/4 cup fresh cilantro [large bunch - chopped]
  12. 1/3 cup onion [chopped + reserved for garnish]
  13. 1 LG jalapeño [small cubes]
  14. ● To make spices and oils
  15. 2 tablespoons [garlic] olive oil
  16. 3/4 cube Kerrygold [herb] Irish butter [essential]
  17. 1/2 cup quality white wine [add more if needed]
  18. freshly ground black pepper to taste

  20. 1 teaspoon saffron [or more - grated and soaked in wine]

  24. 1 pound fresh clams [boiled until open - do not discard]
  25. 1 pound fresh cuttlefish [1" cube]
  26. White rice as needed
  27. noodles [your choice]/type as required
  28. Lemon zest [to enjoy and garnish]

Steps to prepare Mike's Saffron Lobster with Vegetables and Melody's Shrimp with Vegetables

  1. Here are the basics of what you need in steps #1, #2, #3, and #4.
  2. Cut all the vegetables into small pieces as shown above.
  3. Pictured are scallop halves and pieces of peeled crab. The scales were divided into about 20 halves.
