- 2 LG Diced Roma Tomatoes
- 1/2 Fine Chopped White Onions
- 1/3 Cup Fine Chopped Red Onions
- 1/3 Cup Fine Chopped Green Bell Pepper
- 1 Can LG Black Olives [halved]
- 2 tbsp Fine Minced Garlic
- 2 tbsp Fresh Minced Basil
- 1 tbsp Dried Italian Seasoning
- 1 tsp Fresh Fennel Seeds
- 1/8 Cup Granulated Sugar
- as needed Beef Broth [to thin mixture only if needed]
